I don't see any information on Trade Centers but they are part of an income calculation.
Also, I don't see a cost for port. |

Oops, see? Finding more and more stuff all the time... I'll update the rules and post. A port is a level one megalithic project.
And trade centers are places where people will gravitate to for trade, you cannot build them. As time goes on in the game they will pop up and are generally permanent.
