I didn't have time to update the maps completely (need to post the new towns/cities and regions that upgraded on their own).
Logos you need to get a pdf reader.
The Valley of the Gods will negotiate with about anyone (so far only one player has sent an ambassador, and there was an alliance in place at turn 0 between that player and them. SOMEONE gave up the position for another even after I advised them a couple times to keep it)l.

Question regarding those ambassadors... Is it an actual leader we have to send there? Or can it be some non-leader character that is just story based?
I.E. Can I send John, of whom has no leader code, or do I have to send Michael, who is L3?

You have to send an actual leader. Michael is an asshole though, I wouldn't send him.
