Will this section on the Stat sheet include Fishing Fleets?
Will separate Trade Caravans be need for each separate trade partner?
Will separate Trade Fleets be need for each separate trade partner, if both are in the same sea zone? I was thinking that separate Trade Fleets would be needed if trade partners were in different sea zones.

A separate trade caravan will be needed for each trade partner you trade with via land and are not bordering.
A separate trade fleet will be needed for each trade partner you are trading with via water. You're essentially going to use close to the same number of ships since trade fleets are made up of transports and warships and carry a certain volume, they're just going to be listed separately.
Yes, this is also the section that fishing fleets will appear, though now that you've pointed it out I'll probably make a section for fishing fleets. Until I make that change though "Trade With" will state "fishing" if they're assigned to fishing duties.
