Now that I have some time (I needed to catch up on things at work) to reflect on this first set of orders there are some things I need to ask on future orders.
Font size for orders: Can be no smaller than 10. My eyesight sucks and reading glasses only help marginally. In future turns if I get something too small to read I'll just treat it like you didn't submit orders. Feel free to add columns so you can have more space to type in that huge print size 10. I don't care how long the orders are, just that they're easy to understand.
Selling agro, demobilizing troops, etc.: It's a bit easier to track if you enter negative numbers in the appropriate box on a line on the builds table (I may add spots just for this). Examples: you're selling 16 agro for 32 gold. If you go to the builds section and put "Agro Sale" on a line and then enter 16 in the agro box and -32 in the gold box, or if you're demobilizing 15 troops enter "Troop Demobilization" on a line and then enter -15 in the NFP column.
Leader orders: I can take the teleporting a leader to a destination. I just choose the path of least resistance but I would prefer you actually write in all the regions you're moving through. It makes things much faster. Also if you have a change in troop composition during the turn I need it noted as an order. So a set of example orders would look like:
L 555 Lalaland 37li, 17lc
Demobilize 15li, convert 10li to caravans (12li, 17lc)
M: Farmvilleland
M: JustinBieberNeedsAKillin'Land
DP + 2 + 5 gold + offer 100 gold for the scalped head of Justin Bieber
M: Farmvilleland
Take 8li, 22tr, 8ws (20li, 17lc, 22tr, 8ws)
M: Smooth Sailing Sea
M: Whore Island (spend rest of turn awarding the troops with an extended vacation + 5 gold)
By the way, there is a whore island on the map. It's just very hush hush and exclusive and only the most wealthy merchants know about it.
I will be coming out with a movement phase matrix soon as well as some new rule additions (upgrading troops, demobilizing troops) that I didn't want available on turn 0.
