Starting positions will be determined by lottery. The position will be your starting Homeland and the surrounding regions, to a maximum of 5.
I will send out initial stat sheets shortly after posting the maps, and you will all be given two weeks to negotiate amongst yourselves and trade starting positions (including any open positions) if you so choose. Once the two weeks are up I'll get your updated positions from you all and give you the due date, which will be either two or three weeks.
I need an email address for you and what you want to name your mighty nation.
